In this branch of medicine the main concern is to train students in Anesthesiology, namely the knowledge of anesthesia and anesthetics to be used for patients in need of surgery.
The length of education will be normally 4 years and students are required to pass 130 units as follows:
General 22
Basic, Specialized, and Internship 92
Field Internship 16
Students following the graduation will have a general view and knowledge of this discipline.
