About Dr. Reza Inalou,
Eminent Iranian Surgeon
Dr. Reza Inalou was born to a housewife mother and a military father as their youngest child in Shiraz in 1964. In his primary and secondary school education, he was always a studious and privileged student with great talent and enthusiasm. Later, he joined Islamic Azad University of Kazerun to continue his academic career in medicine. Being always a distinguished student, he was graduated from IAU in 1996 as a GP. His success in education, he believed, was much in debt of his parents, who were very strict and serious about their children’s education. After years of independent practice of medicine, Dr. Inalou joined Shiraz University of Medical sciences to do his residency courses in kidney and urinary tract, where he completed his education with the best results. Next, Dr. Inalou was recruited by Jahrom University of Medical Sciences as a nephrologist where he obtained much experience under the supervision of Dr. M. Hosseini, founder of PCNL in this city.
Presently, the surgical performance of Dr. Inalou in TUL and PCNL has been recognized internationally and is supposed to be included in Guinness world records, doing PCNL within 20 minutes and TUL only in 4 minutes. This has made many specialists and patients from the country and international sites to be attracted to travel to Jahrom and visit Dr. Inalou. It is worth to mention that Dr. Inalou is the one who inaugurated the first PCNL center in Tajikistan.
