Eligibility for the nursing major is dependent upon at least a C in each of the specified math, biology and chemistry courses and a minimum overall grade point average of 2.5. Admission is competitive and usually requires above 3.0 overall GPA. Admission is based upon the BSN Admission Ranking Formula in addition to the successful completion of a pre-admission entrance exam.
