Mission and Objectives
The main objective of this chancellery is to supply the needs of the society for qualified human resources in the field of health care and medical treatment. For this purpose, the chancellery has undertaken to recruit and train competent academic staff and personnel, promote their knowledge and skills through scientific methods, and educate students in different educational fields.

Missions and Objectives
This chancellery is mainly responsible for the finance and strategic management of the university. Other areas of activity of this office include human resource development, systems planning, health care service development, and the expansion of infra structures for information technology.

Missions and Objectives
This chancellery’s main concern is to identify local medical problems and issues, endemic or epidemic. Medical education programs, and health centers and facilities are also planned, implemented and supervised by this chancellery.

Missions and Objectives
The area of undertakings of this chancellery incorporates the surveillance, control and documentation of rules and regulations related to food, drug and cosmetic products. This office scrutinizes the processes of preparation, storage, distribution, safety, and consumption of the mentioned materials.

WELFARE AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS

Missions and Objectives
The main responsibility of this chancellery is dealing with students’ problems. Making policies for the wellbeing of students, such as services and supports are parts of activities of this chancellery. This unit provides accommodation, tours, entertainment, cultural and sports programs for the students and personnel of the university.

Missions and Objectives
This chancellery is often involved in identifying health problems at individual and public levels. In doing so, certain activities such as, the implementation of national health policies, the surveillance of epidemics and endemics, and providing the people with health facilities are supposed to combine partial duties of this university organ.
